Description:
This project’s primary objective is to automate all information management related to creating and maintaining a digital registrar of the City of Reno’s Historic Properties, while also ensuring the authenticity and integrity of all records.
The project features patented and patent pending technology which is built on top of world class infrastructure for Cloud Computing from Microsoft Azure, as well as one of the world’s leading providers of environmentally sustainable Blockchain technologies - Algorand.
Combining the power of Enterprise Cloud Computing with that of Sustainable Blockchain offers numerous benefits which extend far beyond the scope of this project.

Description:
In South Africa, local socio-economic-development is hampered by water, sanitation and energy constraints, exacerbated by climate change and increased demographic pressures. Climate change and unequal access to services often affect women, the youth and people with disabilities dis-proportionally, widening inequalities. Recent developments in the municipal government, energy and water spaces contribute to a more conducive environment for municipalities to invest in inclusive and sustainable infrastructure.
We will be partnering with SANEDI, the City Of Cape Town and a number of other stakeholders in South Africa in order to prototype an innovative digital platform. It employs a unique and new strategy which enables the continuous monitoring and evaluation of the operational cycle of Energy Efficiency projects. It further creates a sustainable fiscal reward mechanism for SME’s and other project participants.
